CDNPulse provides a platform for testing, analyzing, and optimizing content delivery network (CDN) performance through real user monitoring and data collection.

4. Subscription and Payment

Certain aspects of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CDNPulse is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
